Lynne Carr has a wide range of expertise gained from over 30 years working in the social housing sector, in both local authorities and housing associations. She is a housing manager by profession but with a diploma in business management. She has also recently obtained a qualification in coaching.

Lynne has worked for three local authorities. Her responsibilities included:

• managing and delivering local estate-based housing services

• project managing regeneration strategies, and

• policy development & implementation.  

• Business Planning & Development

• Developing new business initiatives, including regeneration projects, Private Finance Initiatives and Care in the Community projects.

• Director/Chief Executive of seven voluntary organisations in Scotland

• Managing change and implementing organisational reviews

• Assisting organisations implement good governance strategies 

Lynne is also an Associate of Housing Quality Network.
